Diversification and Risk Management play a key role in our strategic planning. We maintain a detailed due diligence process including physical inspections and monetary and marketing evaluations to help us to identify profitable opportunities aligned with our client’s investment strategy.

Mr. Perez was born in France where he studied and developed his career as an architect. He attended the Ecole Nationale Supérieure dArchitecture de Grenoble (ENSAG) and graduated with honors. Mr. Perez went on to work at INCA Architects in Grenoble, France, where he served as Project Manager overseeing technical architecture and construction for a number of projects. Upon his arrival in the United States, Mr. Perez began working with OneCore Construction, overseeing the development of commercial offices, single-family homes, and multifamily development.

 

Today, Mr. Perez serves as Director of Construction for MAS Development, adding both national and international real estate expertise to the team. Mr. Perez is responsible for the development of multiple commercial offices, medical buildings, and townhome communities. Mr. Perez is trilingual - speaking French, Spanish and English fluently. He is also the winner of numerous awards for his work as an architect and was awarded 1st place in the Minimaousse Competition at ENSAG.

Mr. Benenson was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Miami in 1983. He attended The University of Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction in 1990. Mr. Benenson went on to serve as Project Manager for Post Shell Improvements, Inc. and Lotspeich Company, working with clients including The Miami Herald, Marshall’s, and Palmetto General Hospital. He later founded Futurex Construction, Inc., which specialized in commercial and residential construction, and co-founded Universal Storage Group, which includes storage facilities totaling over 550,000 square feet in Puerto Rico and South Florida.


Today, Mr. Benenson serves as founder and President of MAS Development, Corp. and is extensively involved in the company's acquisition, development and entitlement process of over 4.4 million square feet of real estate.

Mr. Chami was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and raised in Miami Beach, Florida. He attended Florida International University where he received a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in International Business and Marketing. Mr. Chami then went on to join the Zylberglait Group at Marcus & Millichap as a Senior Financial Analyst, where he underwrote over 1MM square feet of real estate assets including office, industrial, multi-family, and retail totaling over $900MM in value.


Currently, Mr. Chami serves as Director of Land Acquisitions for MAS Development, supporting the company across a number of categories including but not limited to:  land acquisitions, valuation, market analysis, underwriting, operations, negotiations, financial modeling, and the entitlement process. Mr. Chami has contributed to the purchasing of over 5MM square feet of real estate across asset classes including residential, and industrial, amongst others. His industry expertise, paired with his advanced analytical skills allows Mr. Chami to maximize value and generate the highest of investment returns for the firm.

Michael Klinger spent over a decade sourcing, structuring and managing real estate investments and developments for The Blackstone Group and The Related Companies. Mr. Klinger has structured and managed private equity real estate transactions worldwide including the acquisitions of office buildings, apartment complexes, hotels, land and publicly traded real estate companies. He has developed a number of high-rise condominiums in both New York City and Chicago, and was instrumental in the acquisition of LR Development, a Chicago-based real estate development firm.


Mr. Klinger is the Managing Partner and Founder of Saber Real Estate Advisors - a real estate development and private equity firm he based in Aventura, FL and Armonk, NY, specializing in retail, residential and mixed-use assets that make up over $1.5 billion in transactions.

Keith Poliakoff serves as counsel to numerous banks, corporations, and individuals seeking guidance relating to code enforcement violations and municipal liens. He brings substantial knowledge and experience from representing parties before local governments throughout Florida. His representation includes numerous community and homeowner associations, and he has been highly successful in fostering neighborhood compatibility.


As Town Attorney to the Town of Southwest Ranches, Keith's expertise covers issues unique to Florida governmental entities, such as annexation, municipal liability, RLUIPA, Bert Harris Act, conflict resolution, the Public Records Act, Government in Sunshine, and laws pertaining to ethics and elections. He has worked on all types of matters affecting a municipal government, including the creation of comprehensive plans, developing zoning codes, code enforcement, drafting ordinances and resolutions, and he has presided over countless meetings and quasi-judicial matters. He has counseled elected officials on ethics laws, election laws, disclosure requirements, and conflicts of interest, and he has authored a variety of opinions on these subject matters.

Keith works closely with local public officials and provides guidance to business clients on the complex governmental processes, for example, public sector procurements, affordable housing, developer agreements, and legislative initiatives. Keith is also a member of the Broward County Land Preservation Board and is responsible for reviewing all land acquisitions in Broward County.

Joel Eidelstein is the Managing Partner and Founder of New Wave Loans Residential, LLC and Rivo Alto Capital Funding, LLC. With a focus on strategy and investor relations, Mr. Eidelstein serves as a trusted advisor to a number of high-net-worth individuals and family offices. He is responsible for the structure, acquisition and management of approximately $400M in assets and origination of approximately $587M in loans for both residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Eidelstein operates what is arguably the largest private lender in the State of Florida. He has directly funded and subsequently managed the investment of over $1 Billion in real estate related assets including first mortgage fundings, NNN single tenant properties, real estate tax liens, and multi-family residential buildings.

 

As one of the Principals of LocalPaper, Mr. Eidelstein is a Managing Partner and operates an online platform used to fund mortgages both from crowdfunding and family offices. Mr. Eidelstein graduated from Brandeis University in May 1988 with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in English Literature.
